Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Information

Deliveries are made Monday-Saturday (excluding bank holidays)
A signature may be required upon delivery
If you are not available, the carrier will leave a collection notice
Packages will be held at the local depot for collection

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
