Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights. For online purchases, you may generally cancel within 14 days after receiving your order, then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. Exceptions can apply, including to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Whether an exception applies depends on the product and circumstances.
Your rights if goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise do not meet legal requirements are not affected by this policy. For details, see the GOV.UK guidance on returns and refunds.
Voluntary returns and exchanges
For returns and exchanges outside any applicable statutory cancellation rights, we accept only products that are unopened and unsealed. Please check your items before opening. Eligible products need to be returned within 5 working days. Postage and a restocking charge will apply to these voluntary returns.

Refunds
For eligible voluntary returns, refunds will be actioned within 5 working days once the returned item has been received. Statutory refunds will be handled in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.
